Harry Hill | Medicine
Perrier Award winner Harry Hill is someone who deserves to be given credit for all the work he has put in. Over the years, he has been a comedian, a writer, and a TV presenter. His most memorable project was as the host of Harry Hill’s TV Burp, which aired from 2001 to 2012. After this show ended, Hill appeared in a film, The Harry Hill Movie.
What may come as a surprise is that Hill actually has a medical license after graduating from St. George’s University of London. Prior to pursuing his lifelong career in the entertainment industry, he was a house officer at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary. He quit because he felt that he was not in control of what was going on. Despite being away from the practice for so long, he is still listed on the General Medical Council’s list of Registered Medical Practitioners, so we still think that it’s only appropriate to call him Dr. Hill.
