Hilary Duff

Pets: Lola, Beau, Peaches, and Dubois

House: Studio City| $3.2 Million

Hilary Duff started her career in acting at a young age and quickly became a teen idol for her titular character of the television series Lizzie McGuire, as well as the movie The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Soon after, she gained numerous leading roles in films such as Cadet Kelly, Agent Cody Banks, Cheaper by the Dozen, A Cinderella Story, and many more. As a singer, Duff came to prominence after releasing her Christmas-themed debut studio album, Santa Claus Lane.

As the success in her career enabled her to gain the substantial financial capacity to purchase properties, Duff bought a home in Studio City, a neighborhood in California, which was built back in 2016. However, in recent years, it was listed on the market for $3.2 million. The traditional-style home comes with a saltwater swimming pool, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a lawn, and ample patio space. Duff also has a number of pets, and one of them passed on back in 2013, a dog named Lola. She also lost Beau, a French bulldog, in 2016. Always a pet lover, the singer-actress adopted another French bulldog named Peaches and a Bernese mountain dog named Dubois—credit to her love of animals.
